De Montfort University strategic plan was to consolidate its property portfolio by closing remote campuses and bringing them into the heart of Leicester and Bedford.

Our role compromised of project and cost consultants, working with  the design team to create a design solution which met the business case.  Careful planning was required to ensure the safety of students and staff and planning around examination timetables and events.

Our involvement was from inception through to final account, including, cost planning, running the tendering process, contract creation and post contract administration.

•Construction of a new Sports Hall

•Construction of new Science laboratory

•Construction of new Arts Centre

•Realignment of A594 around Leicester Magazin
