As Contract Administrators, we are appointed to administer the terms of the construction contract between clients and their contractors. Our experts will act, where required, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations between both parties. Our experienced Contract Administrators have interpersonal skills to safeguard effective communications between all parties and thereby avoid or resolve disputes in a manner that is fair and balanced to clients as well as contractors. Our service includes:

We provide a comprehensive professional programme scheduling service to clients. Our involvement at concept stage, enables Client’s to develop robust project schedules, factoring in risks and possible constraints. Our ability to load schedules with cost budgets, enable Clients to track costs against programme.

We are proficient in most common software packages including, but not limited to, Oracle Primavera Project Planner P6 and Microsoft Project.

On the larger, most complex projects we use fully integrated master scheduling to track all lifecycle stages. If appropriate, the schedule may also track key milestones, earned value, resource productivity, risk and cost.

We have significant experience running procurement events, be it major projects, national frameworks, alliances and one-off procurement events. We aim to provide holistic solutions, to ensure we maximise cost efficiencies by defining the correct procurement and contract strategy to meet our clients drivers. We place importance emphasis on:

Our vast experience in both client/consultant sectors enables us provide robust advice on commercial and delivery operating models, ensuring clear lines of communication with documented RACIs are created and implemented. We work closely with Stakeholders to create commercial and governance gateways, ensuring the correct level of authority, accountability and checkpoints are in place without creating unnecessary bottlenecks in process.
We have significant expertise in working with clients to define the requirements of contract management systems and the necessary interfaces between other client systems. We work closely with both Stakeholders and software developers to ensure clients needs are articulated to software developers and translated into a fully functional suite of systems.
