The redevelopment of the Battersea Power Station  and surrounding areas required the construction of 2 new sub-station buildings and new underground tunnel below the heart of London. 

Project was fraught with complexity from contaminated land, asbestos, to congested underground infrastructure and working in close proximity of the River Thames and Network Rail.

Construction work was delivered by ED1SON Alliance contractors with support from specialist sub-contractors.

Our role was to actively manage upstream and downstream risk via forensic contract drafting, identifying cost engineering options and the day to day commercial and contract management from inception to completion.
