This project was delivered for three private individuals, who had acquired an old BT exchange in a sought after exclusive residential street, The Boltons in 2002

The works entailed, removing underground BT infrastructure and constructing 3 new 17,500ft houses.

Completed in 2006, the properties are spread across four floors,, with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a cinema, a Japanese water garden and an indoor swimming pool, as well as a car lift.

We acted as Quantity Surveyors, working closely with interiors designers to deliver the homes within budget.

Our involvement commenced at concept stage, providing a cost plan in order for a Contractor to be appointed on a management contracting agreement.
