The project entailed the demolition of the Guinness brewery in Park Royal and the construction of 9 new office buildings and 50-bed hotel, 61 homes, indoor leisure facilities and open space and a proposed new Piccadilly Line/Central Line interchange at Park Royal tube station

The Guinness HQ compromised of bespoke glazing, cladding and interior fit-outs, which required constant review of costs plans vs budget.

We provided pre and post contract support, ensuring regular updates where provided to Guinness.
